Our new lesson programs focus on developing athletes using the latest technology to baseline, track, and measure growth and improvement. Lessons are strongly recommended for Heroes travel team players. Programs will maintain a 6:1 player to coach ratio to ensure high quality training from our staff. All lesson programs require a minimum one month commitment.
Before entering any program we require that each athlete goes through an assessment, which allow us to modify our training programs to best fit the athlete. Trainers will spend the assessment identifying the athlete’s strengths and weaknesses in their movements (mechanics) and their performance metrics (throwing & hitting). All programs will then be individualized based on assessment results. Our team will also provide information and data that the parents and player will benefit from even if they do not end up training with us.
We offer both Youth (Y) and 13+ (13) lessons for the Throwing and Hitting Programs. The Strength and Conditioning Program is only offered for youth athletes. Athletes are encouraged to sign up for more than one program.
Throwing Program (xTP): Designed to improve the quality of throwing mechanics, increase throwing volume/durability, improve intent/pitch – ability on the mound, and build velocity (13+ athletes only). Athletes will go through different stages of throwing development based on their skill and time of year. A thrower’s session will consist of warming up, arm care, throwing drills, long toss, and recovery.
Hitting Program (xHP): Designed to improve the quality of swing mechanics and increase exit velocity & distance while acquiring adaptability at the plate. Athletes will go through different stages of hitting development based on their skill and time of year. A hitter’s session will consist of warming up, hitting prep, hitting drills, and competitive batting practice.
Strength & Conditioning Program (YSC): Designed to improve the quality of movement, workload, and general fitness. Athletes will go through different stages of strength and conditioning development based on their training age. An athlete’s session will consist of warming up, corrective exercise, functional strength training, and recovery.

Signups for training programs are open now on eSoft, and programs will start on 2/23. To enroll in a program you must buy a training membership and schedule a required assessment. Tier 1 membership enrolls the athlete in 1 class, Tier 2 enrolls the athlete in 2 classes, Tier 3 enrolls the athlete in all 3 classes. (13u+ athletes must start at Tier 2). Athletes will use their membership credits to sign up/rsvp for their program’s classes. Email one of our coaches at email@example.com. We charge a $50 fee for all assessments.
